Apply Now For Your
Chance To Win $15,000

If you are an incredible cook or a bad-ass builder, or you know someone who is…AND you have personality to spare, we want to hear from you. Just send a video, no longer than 2 minutes, through the website submission below by Friday, February 26th. Show off your skills and charisma in any way you think is best. Be creative! You can make your favorite dish…or show off your new home construction project. Just make sure that we get a clear idea of who you are, what you love, and why you, or the person you’re nominating, should be the next great TV talent.

From all of the submissions received, Back Roads Entertainment will select five finalists. Those finalists will get a chance to attend a reality TV masterclass with award-winning producer and Back Roads CEO Colby Gaines on Friday, March 12th. Then, on Friday, March 26th, the finalists will give a final presentation and be interviewed by the Back Roads development team.

Back Roads Entertainment and its employees will select the winner in its/their sole discretion. Whoever the team chooses as the ultimate Texas TV talent will be eligible to win $15,000 and a development deal with Back Roads Entertainment. We’ll work with you to perfect a concept, and then you’ll have the chance to pitch yourself and your show to major TV networks.

To apply, you must be a Texas native or current resident, and you must submit your short video by Friday, February 26th.

If you’re the type of person who watches cooks and builders on TV and says to yourself, “I could do that,”…now’s your chance. Somebody is going to be Back Roads’ newest Texas TV talent…it might as well be you.
